Mitchel S. Ross has practiced law in Boston since 1970, after graduating from Cornell University and Harvard Law School. He has extensive civil litigation and real estate law experience as a partner in both a Boston and a major New York law firm. He has learned to find negotiated and businesslike solutions to the problems of his clients and to successfully and efficiently complete difficult transactions, aided by his prior service as General Counsel and CEO of a $4 billion financial institution. Mitch has chaired numerous Continuing Legal Education programs in financial, litigation and real estate law and was President for 2006-2008 of the Frank J. Murray Inn of Court, a collegial group of lawyers and judges dedicated to promoting high standards of professionalism and civility within bench and bar. He also teaches Real Estate Litigation as Adjunct Professor of Law at Suffolk University Law School. Mitch was named a Massachusetts Super Lawyer in 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010.
