Diane E. Brehm received her undergraduate degree from Duke University and in 1994 graduated cum laude from the Law School of the University of Pennsylvania. After serving as a federal law clerk to the Honorable William H. Yohn in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, Diane began her career as a litigation associate with a large Philadelphia law firm, representing Fortune 100 and 500 clients in a wide array of complex business and general litigation disputes. Prior to becoming a Consulting Counsel to Sweder & Ross, Diane worked as an associate with one of the largest firms in the country, where she specialized in trademark, trade dress, copyright and unfair competition litigation, and counseled clients on trademark selection and prosecution issues, as well as related licensing, agreement and Internet issues. Diane's practice is a mix of intellectual property and general litigation matters.
